Sons of Thunder is one of our Russian worship and evangelism bands.
Headed
by Roma Motorov an evangelist, worship leader and song writer, and backed by
Tanya Utkina on vocals and prophetic preaching and psalming, — the band
has a strong anointing in worship, evangelism, deliverance, words of knowledge
and in teaching their giftings to others.
Along
with others from the StreetCry leadership team, the Sons of Thunder band participates
in conferences, seminars and workshops — besides their monthly worship
night and monthly evangelism night and summer on the streets schedule. To date
they have recorded 4 albums and have written or translated over 60 songs along
with Sara Russell and Vera Abezina, two former vocalists who now have other
responsibilities in the ministry. From time to time they work with other worship
and evangelism teams and it is the heart of the group to see others raised up
and walking in fruitful ministry to the body of Christ and to the lost.
